I placed my order online at around : pm and showed up at the Jackson location around : since there was traffic. Upon showing up we asked for the order and they told us they were still working on it and it would be right up and they would call the order as soon as it was ready. We remained in the lobby for about - minutes and we ask for the order again. It turns out the order was just sitting there, getting cold and no one called the order. Meanwhile the employees were happily chatting away. “Screw the customers” is their motto. And the kick was the employees acted like we were disrespectful because we called them out on their lack of professionalism. I called the customer service but they were closed, according to the recording. Awful experience all around. While Taco Bell isn’t our first choice when it comes to food as there is plenty of authentic Mexican food around here, we do get it once in a while. Needless to say, we will not be returning to this particular store.

The Staff is usually friendly and attentive. It must have been an "off day.The order I received was mostly Vegan!?The taco was a soft taco. Wich is not the usual.Little disappointed.I know it's the deal box.Yet I could have bought a lbs. Chicken at Costco..First time. Maybe just an "off day

Update:I haven’t been charged for a cup of water since I brought it to their attention. Much appreciated. Updated from - StarsUpdate: Haven’t been In-Store as of late to see if this has improved— Staff need to work on acknowledging the customers inside for mobile order. There is a shelf that says ask for assistance however the staff will make eye contact and continue doing whatever it is that they were doing unless you verbally request assistance. There is no greeting at all: Hi we’ll be with you in a moment. OR Thank You just a moment. OR please be sure to use our device to order and let us know if you’re checking in for a mobile order, etc. The staff is kind. But the initial pick up is VERY confusing

Although the food here was very good, I had a bad experience here. I believe the workers here are racist. I was sitting down with my family eating, these little black kids came in looks like they just got out of school with there backpacks. The oldest looked about years old youngest look to be about years old. Anyways they came in and asked if they can please have a cup of water. The workers told them no we don't give out water here and then was being very rude to them. One customer bought them some drinks and then after he got the cups gave them to the little kids. While the little kids were still there I got up and asked for some water for my girls and the workers gave me water with no problem.
